How to Register

Below you will find a guide on how to register your vehicle:

  • Click Register
  • If you have an adhesive identification label click YES. you’ll be asked to enter your unique number double check you have entered this correctly before moving on. If you haven’t got one click NO. We will then know to send you one.
  • You’ll be asked if you have a scheme code, this is a four digit code made up of 2 letters and 2 numbers and should appear on any literature handed out by schemes or listed in any articles in the local media.If you have a code click YES and enter it.
  • If you haven’t got a code click NO. You’ll be asked to select your county and then select the town nearest to you. Your registration will support the scheme you select here.
  • You will then move to the registration form. You will be asked for your personal details these are all mandatory fields. Including an email address, this email will be used to remind you of your renewal. So please enter an email address. If you don’t have a personal email address you can use an alternate contact’s email in this box.
  • You will then be asked to enter an alternate contact’s details. This is also mandatory. We need to be able to contact someone if we cannot get hold of you. Should you sell your scooter and someone tries to re-register it, for example, we need to confirm it was sold and not stolen.
  • You will then be asked to fill in your vehicle details. It is important that you give as much detail as possible here to increase the chances of your details being matched correctly to any stolen vehicles.
  • Adding an image: You can upload an image of your vehicle to help identify it. click upload and select an image from your computer or phone. TOP TIP: try to use an image that is taken on a diagonal from the front of the vehicle so one side and the front can be seen in the image. Like the one below:
  • An image is not mandatory but can be helpful.
  • Once completed hit register. If you have completed the form correctly it will take you through to the payment stage. If not you’ll be taken to the top of the form and given a list of the missing details.
